Returns
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind requests.
Each product is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
• damaged
• defective
• incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• change of mind
• ordering the wrong model
• incorrect address provided at checkout
• delays caused by shipping carriers
• sale items or gift cards
Please double-check your phone model and shipping details before placing your order.
Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item, a new order will need to be placed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products, including our printed phone cases.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided unless:
✔ the item arrives damaged
✔ the item is defective
✔ the wrong item was sent
Approved refunds or replacements are processed after review.
